Wolverhampton Wedding photographer – Dee and Chris’ wedding
Dee and Chris got married at a beautiful church in Codsall near Wolverhampton on valentines day 2014. This was a beautiful wedding, one which focused on family and the people who made the day special. Being based in Stafford I’m often working as a wedding photographer in Wolverhampton, cods all and the surrounding areas.
I set off early to head over to the the hair salon where Dee and and bridesmaids were getting ready. When I arrived Dee was having her hair done so I started taking some shots. However it wasn’t long before it became apparent who the star of the show really was when Dee’s daughter Faith started posing and ‘photo-bombing’ all the shots – I knew from that moment this was going to be a fun day!
Onward to the ceremony where Chris was eagerly awaiting the arrival of his bride to be. It was a very cold, wet and windy day but fortunately the Church doors were open early allowing everyone to wait inside.
When Dee arrived she quickly made her way up the church path, assisted by her proud father and made her way down the isle with he bridesmaids and faith as flower girl.
After a very emotional ceremony the church kindly allowed us to take group photographs inside (due to the weather conditions) before heading over the Codsall legionnaires club for the reception.
Dee and Chris had booked the funbooth and it was great to get the guests involved and wearing silly hats etc. Fortunately we had a brief break in the rain so took the opportunity to take a few quick portraits outside of Dee and Chris.
Due to the weather the day was very challenging and as such the experience of a professional wedding photographer is required to make the most of every opportunity and break in the rain.
Its always a great honour to be a wedding photographer and capture someone special day, Dee and Chris made me feel so welcome and treated me like a guest rather than supplier – I even had a piece of delicious wedding cake.
I can’t wait to deliver their wedding album which is a stunning Graphi studio album, handmade in Italy to the highest standards.

what a great wedding … love the photo of the wee girl looking through the door 🙂
