Dovecliffe hall hotel wedding photography

Aiysha and Peter got married at the Stunning Dovecliffe Hall hotel near Burton On Trent, a beautiful Georgian house set amongst beautiful, well kept gardens.

Unfortunately the weather wasn’t being kind and we had very strong, icy winds mixed with rain and the odd spell of sun – this meant we were unable to take many photographs outdoors but fortunately there were some great spaces indoor for photography.

The day started with me photographing Aiysha’s preparations, all the bridesmaids were on hand to help out and enjoy the odd glass of Champagne. Bridal prep is always such a great time to capture natural, relaxed wedding photos.

After an emotional yet humorous ceremony we nipped outside to shoot a few portraits of the newlyweds before their wedding breakfast.

There was a wonderful, relaxed atmosphere throughout the day and everything seems to click into place just right.
