Rodbaston Hall wedding photographer – Natasha and Richard
Rodbaston Hall wedding photographer
During early April I finally got to shoot at Rodbaston Hall in Staffordshire for Natasha and Richards big day. Being a spring wedding the weather was a concern but it turned out to be a lovely warm and sunny day, perfect for wedding photography at Rodbaston. The venue is very close to me, in fact no more than 15 minutes drive, A beautiful 19th century building set amongst stunning landscaped gardens on a 180 hectare country estate. A relatively new wedding venue the hall has had extensive refurbishment in the past couple of years to bring it up to a very high standard.
Back to the wedding itself and my day started at St. Marks church for the service as Tasha decided not to have bridal prep photography due to the timings of the day and logistics. arrived before most of the guests so had a quick chat to the vicar to find out where he would like me to shot from during the service which on this occasion was the back of the church. At the end of the service Tasha and Rich had a very talented young lady perform a couple songs which brought the service to a nice close before everyone made their way to Rodbaston for the reception.
When we arrived at venue I had a quick look around to find the best locations for wedding photos at Rodbaston hall before taking the couple off for a quick photoshoot. being a very good looking couple I don’t think I could have taken a bad shot of these guys but none the less they were great in front of the camera. After the couples private shoot I spend some time capturing the guests and documenting the day as everyone was enjoying themselves.
The evening entertainment was provided by an excellent band and the party was in full swing as I left after the first dance. All in all a fantastic day was had by all and I’m very pleased Tash and Rich booked me as their Rodbaston wedding photographer.
If you’ve booked a wedding at Rodbaston Hall (or anywhere else for that matter) please get in touch to have a chat about your photography.
