Will and Hannan at Foxtail Barns

Early in January I was once again back to the amazing Foxtail Barns, this time for the very beautiful wedding of Hannan and Will. The couple had already enjoyed their traditional Asian wedding celebrations and this was their final shin-dig to get everything signed and sealed. However, even although the couple had already enjoyed several celebrations prior to this day their wedding at Foxtails was anything but stripped down. It was beautiful day still brimming with raw emotion.

I was really looking forward to this wedding. Not only because I love shooting weddings at Foxtail Barns and but, from my conversations with Will and Hannan, it was clear the couple totally got my style of photography and were going to be an absolute joy to work with. This really rang true all throughout the day. The couple were comfortable showing their emotions in front of the camera and allowing me to capture the day in a really natural style. I especially enjoyed spending time with Will in the morning of the wedding, he’s a very calm and relaxed guy who isn’t afraid to wear his heart on his sleeve.

Fun and relaxed

The guests were treated to a day full of entertainment. Magician Jester Styles entertained the guests during the drinks reception. I work with Jester regularly and he’s absolutely amazing at what he does. I have to admit, I absolutely love magic and it creates some great reaction photos at weddings. During the evening Will, his sister and father took to the mic and sang a few numbers. Wow, that is one seriously talented family. Every one of them sounded amazing.
