Hopton Court wedding photography
Hopton Court wedding photography
Lizzie and Steve had their wedding ceremony at St Peters church followed by a reception at the stunning Hopton Court in Shropshire.
I’d never shot a wedding at Hopton court before so was looking forward to working somewhere new to create some great wedding photos for he happy couple.
It would be fair to call the venue a blank canvas which the couple then customise to their preference and Lizzie and Steve sure had gone all out in planning their day and making sure all the details, decorations and finishing touches were exactly as they wanted. The wedding had a very bespoke yet relaxed feel, lots of different touches..such as an outdoor first dance..a great idea and well, why not!
Wedding photography at Hopton Court
Hopton Court has loads of great locations for wedding photography. Its one of those venues where you could never run out of different spots and ideas. I particularly liked the victorian conservatory and used it as a back drop for a couple of shots in the early evening.
Chasing Rainbows Vintage Campers
As a Volkswagen driver myself I’m always super excited when a couple tell me they have booked a campervan as their wedding transport so I was really looking forward to seeing “Lola” the Bay window. What was even more exciting was this was Lola’s maiden voyage, how cool is that! Owned by Chasing Rainbows vintage campers, Lola offers something extra in the way of a Photo Booth to entertain the guests during the drinks reception.
It was great to work with make up artist Amy Laney who made sure the girls were all ready on time and looking absolutely stunning.
