Welcombe Hotel Wedding

Ceri and Neil had their wedding at The Menzies Welcombe Hotel in Stratford upon Avon. As I’m a Staffordshire wedding photographer this is a little outside of my usual area that I cover but I met Neil when I shot his sisters wedding back in 2013, its always great to be booked on a recommendation like this.

The Welcombe hotel is a fantastic venue, beautiful inside but outside there is acres of well maintained gardens and golf course. We had a little rain after the ceremony so didn’t have too much time to explore before the wedding breakfast but we did go onto the golf course later that evening for a few shots around the lake.

With Ceri and Neil having their prep and ceremony all at the hotel it gave me a great opportunity to capture them both getting ready as well as lots of natural shots of the guests enjoying the wedding. During the evening the party was really getting going with Ceri’s bridesmaids and family really rocking the dance-floor, I knew as I was leaving it was going to be a great party.
