The Hundred House Norton spring wedding – Krystle and Ian

Well what can I say about this wedding, it will always be one to remember. Krystle and Ian describe themselves as geeks but are actually two of the coolest people I’ve ever met and I’m so glad they chose me to be their wedding photographer at The Hundred House in Shropshire. It lucky Ian found me, the guys live in UAE and fortunately found me on the internet. Ian is a comic and film enthusiast and really managed to tastefully integrate his hobby with the wedding details.

The hundred house is one of the best kept secrets in Shropshire, a characteristic country pub with a beautiful dedicated barn conversation to host civil ceremonies and your wedding reception. The beautiful and enchanting gardens make a stunning backdrop to your wedding photos and I can say first hand that the food is amazing! The hundred house is perfect for couples looking for a quirky, cozy and relaxed wedding – perfect for Krystle and Ian.

So back to their story… It was a beautiful spring day with the sun shining. Krystle and Ian were both getting ready in the quirky rooms of the hundred house assisted by scores of family and friends. One of the most beautiful things about this wedding was Krystle and Ian have friends from all different cultures all over the world.

Following the ceremony in Tithe barn everyone made their way to the private garden for welcome drinks and to enjoy the quiz and games the newlyweds had prepared. This game me a fantastic opportunity to capture some great natural moments as everyone mingled and enjoyed the fun. It was such a great day we had chance to go out and shoot in the beautiful evening sun and capture some fantastic wedidng silhouettes and sunset shots.

As the evening drew closer the party picked up momentum and boy did these guys know how to party and dance, it seemed like everyone was on the dance floor at one point.
