Charlotte and Dan’s Outdoor wedding at Pendrell Hall

I was delighted to have been chosen to photograph Charlotte and Dan’s wedding during the summer. A gorgeous spot for a wedding, Pendrell Hall located just outside Codsall Wood in Staffordshire definitely gave a special vibe to the event. Pendrell Hall is a fantastic wedding venue in Staffordshire and I’m proud to be their “dream team” photographer.

I started the day photographing Charlotte getting ready in Love is Enough, Pendrell’s dedicated bridal preparation room. It’s great to start with bide and groom prep as this gives a great start to the story. Dan soon arrived in the stunning Bentley supplied by platinum wedding cars.

Dan was onto a stroke of luck, Pendrell hall had just completed construction of their new grooms prep room the “Pimpernel suite”, so Dan was lucky enough to be the first groom to get ready there. The grooms room has been decorated to the very highest standard with plenty of cool features such as antler lamp fittings and the artificial stags head.

Outdoor ceremony at Pendrell Hall

Charlotte and Dan had invited loads of family and friends to witness them tie the knot. As this was a fine summers day the couple decided to opt for an outdoor ceremony a Pendrell Hall. The sun was shining and Dan was clearly nervous and emotional as Charlotte walked down the aisle with her father.

After the ceremony the guests enjoyed drinks and ice creams on the lawn while making the most of the opportunity to explore Pendrell’s stunning gardens.

Smoke Bomb wedding pictures

I was working with Jack from Up close Wedding films and he was testing out a new feature using smoke bombs. This gave me a great chance to capture some fun and colour as the couple walked down the lanes holding them.

Into the evening the DJ kicked off and the party soon got into full swing. These guys loved to dance!
