Packington Moor wedding photography

Jess and Ross had their wedding at Packington Moor which is a beautiful converted barn venue located near Lichfield. Like many of the barn venues Packington Moor is a great wedding venue due to its rustic feel and idyllic setting. Set amongst acres of countryside Packington Moor wedding photography is always great fun.

Barn wedding venue

Jess got ready in Walters cottage which is Packington Moor’s honeymoon suite. When I arrived she was having her make up done whilst some of her family and friends were getting ready downstairs. There was an air of excitement in the room and although Jess didn’t seem too nervous I could tell she was really looking forward to getting married.

The wedding ceremony was held in the Oat Barn and afterwards guests were able to go outside for drinks and canapés before going into the Malt Barn for their wedding breakfast. All the barns and grounds at the venue are maintained to a very high standard making Packington Moor wedding photography an absolute pleasure. Barn wedding venues have become very popular in recent years and this is a venue that has really gone to town with their conversion.

Velocity Roadshow entertainment

Into the evening saw many more family and friends arrive to help the newlyweds party in style. Evening entertainment was provided by Matt Rigby from Velocity entertainment, Matt is a fantastic DJ and really had everyone on the dance-floor going for it.

This was a fantastic wedding at Packington Moor and I’m looking forward to shooting there again in the near future.
