Haughton Hall wedding photography

Back in December I had the pleasure of attending Lucy and Simons wedding at Haughton Hall, Shifnal.

The wedding ceremony was held at St Mary’s Church in Stafford town centre, and was conducted by Simons father. Even although I’ve shot hundreds of weddings in the local area tis was my first time shooting at St Mary’s and I was really looking forward to it.. the last time I was inside St Mary’s was a school trip when I was at primary school.

Lucy and Simon only required short day coverage from the church service up to the speeches, so no prep of first dance shots are in this set. However we still had plenty of time to get some great shots around the grounds of Haughton Hall.

Weddings at Haughton Hall

Haughton Hall itself is a great wedding venue. An imposing hotel dating back to 1718 with 35 acres of beautifully kept gardens. Fortunately we were blessed with a dry and sunny day which enabled us to get outside for some photos amongst the grounds.
