Wroxall Abbey wedding photographer Warwickshire – Carla and Adrian
I was extremely happy when Carla and adrian booked me to be their wedding photographer at Wroxall Abbey. It’s one of the best venues in the area boasting stunning grounds, ancient ruins and quite possibly the most entertaining and engaging priest I’ve ever seen.
It was a great day to be the wedding photographer at Wroxall Abbey, the weather was just about perfect even although showers had been threatening all week it remained dry on the day.
When I arrived Adrian was in the bar with his groomsmen and family having a quick pint to calm his nerves before making his way to the cathedral set within the grounds of Wroxall Abbey. Carla arrived in a Jag and looking stunning in her dress.
The service was wonderful, such a modern and good natured priest. Not only did he allow me to take photographs throughout the entire service but his presentation of the service was unique, modern and extremely funny whilst still carrying the traditional and important messages it should, he did a fantastic job.
After the ceremony guests made their way back to the mansion where a jazz keyboard player entertained them during the drinks reception. We then made use of Wroxall Abbeys stunning grounds for the photographs.
The speeches were hilarious, normally one would expect the best man to give the groom some stick but at this wedding he took it from the father of the bride, sister of the bride and best man!
Here is a selection of Wroxall Abbey wedding photographs from Carla and Adrians big day.
