Moat House wedding photographer – Claire and Paul’s wedding

Claire and Paul got married at The Moat House, Acton Trussel near Stafford. Located just down the road from me this is one of my favourite places to work as a wedding photographer in Staffordshire. Set amongst beautiful grounds consisting of two lakes, well kept gardens and a canal there is plenty of opportunity for a varied set of wedding photographs.

The weather wasn’t on our side for Clare and Paul’s wedding as the rain and wind meant we were confined to inside the venue for most of the day, fortunately we had a small break in the weather during the early evening so nipped outside for a few quick shots. Many couples worry about the rain on their wedding day but it really didn’t seem to faze this happy couple, Claire had even brought some wells for the occasion

The guests also didn’t let the wet weather dampen their spirits as everyone was having an excellent time and partied late into the night with the resident DJ.
