Heaton House Farm wedding photographer

Nikki and Chris got married at the fantastic venue Heaton House Farm. I’m very proud to be a recommended supplier of Heaton House farm, so its always a pleasure to work there and aim to go the extra mile for my clients.

The weather really wasn’t on our side with sunny spells quickly turning into very heavy rain and strong winds, however it’d take a lot more than that to stop these guys having a great time and I can’t think of a point when either bride or groom stopped smiling!

I was assisted on the day by my friend Dave Golding who went to the venue to see what the groom and his men were up to whilst I went to Nikki’s parents for the bridal prep.

Chris and his groomsmen were having fun putting up the bunting whilst Nikki was having her hair and make up done. Chris had planned a lovely surprise delivery of a kinder egg… that contained a key, the key was to open a locked bag which had been hidden at Nikki’s parents house the day before and within it was some stunning jewellery (take note future Grooms, this is the way to go!)

After prep I made my way over to Heaton House Farm to take a few shots of the boys and get ready for the ceremony. Everything about this day summed up Nikki and Chris’ personalities, fun, lighthearted and full of smiles. And with Heaton House farm having such excellent, attentive staff the day went smoothly and without a hitch.

Being a Heaton House farm wedding photographer is without a doubt one of my favourite places to work and this wedding was no exception, we even found a little time to do some light painting later, and as Nikki and Chris friends are a fun loving bunch we even got them involved too!
