Winter wedding at The Waterfront Barton Marina

The Waterfront at Barton marina is a great wedding venue at Barton-under-Needwood near Burton on Trent. There are some absolutely stunning views looking out over the marina which is very well kept and maintained. The waterfront itself is a pub with a large function suite upstairs which it uses for weddings and other functions. Unlike some pub wedding venues The Waterfront has a great coordinator led team to ensure the service is of the highest quality.

Hannah and Richards wedding ceremony was at a local church with a lovely vicar who presented a relaxed and humorous service. The church was packed with loads of family and friends who had come along to wish them well and I could see Richard was a very proud man as he took Hannahs hand at the altar.

After the ceremony the stunning Rolls Royce took the newly-weds to The Waterfront for their reception so the party could begin. Being a winter wedding it was quite cold outside but there was some stunning soft winter light which was great for the photographs.

After the meal the sun had set and the marina was all lit up, a beautiful wedding venue both in the daytime and evening which made a great setting for wedding photos at the Waterfront.
